Telluride Area Information

Telluride is on the "Western Slope," in the southwest corner of Colorado. It enjoys spectacularly good weather yearround, a temperate climate Summer or Winter, and with beautiful offseasons in Spring and Fall. At our properties, we schedule several weeks of Peak Fall Colors in late September and early October.

Telluride is typically ranked #1 for scenery among all the U.S. mountain resorts. If you've never been, you surely won't be disappointed! And some of the last, best wilderness surrounds Telluride in every direction.

The See Forever Cottage, and our new Saddle Horn Retreat, are up on Telluride's ski mountain, 5 minutes or less from the slopes via Telluride's free gondola system. Our Alpenglow Ranch property is 20 mins from town, on the closest mesa, and offers a true retreat-style mountain home, with ohmygosh views of the entire San Juan Range. Down comforters, feather beds, spa quality robes and toiletries, Starbucks(R) coffee, Swiss chocolates -- we can't wait to pamper you while you're here.

Just a click away: Telluride's Visitor Center along with event calendars, wedding planners, links to major festivals, outdoor outfitters, river rafting, horseback riding, etc. (But don't forget to come back when you've figured out your schedule!)

Contact us anytime, including eves or weekends, for more info, or to book. We're longtime, fulltime locals, and we're more than glad to help you plan your Telluride vacation!
